Trey Hayden, AFM, ALC
Ag Portfolio Manager
Trey’s focus at Ritter Agribusiness is on asset management and land brokerage services. He came to Ritter in 2018 from Farmers National Company, where he managed a large farmland portfolio and sourced land for an institutional investor client. Trey has over 30 years of experience in land management, brokerage, development and construction. He grew up on a centennial family farm in the Mississippi River Delta and is a fifth-generation owner of the farm.
Trey obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi and completed extensive coursework in Business in the Graduate Masters Program at the University of Memphis, with a concentration in Finance. He holds the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation as a member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). In addition, he holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation as a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).
Brandon assists Woody in the flower operations. He worked for Ritter Agribusiness in a summer internship program in 2016. After graduation, he began working for Ritter Agribusiness as a Farm Management Analyst.
Brandon was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR and graduated from Arkansas State University in December of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness with an emphasis in Finance.
Jason Brewer, AFM
Jason manages Ritter’s production agriculture division. He began his career with Ritter Agribusiness in 2010 as Location Manager of the Ritter Crop Services store in Marked Tree, AR. He remained in the retail business with Crop Production Services when RCS sold its retail business in 2012. He rejoined Ritter Agribusiness as a Farm Manager in 2014.
Jason previously worked for Greenway Equipment Inc., one of the largest John Deere dealership groups in the southern United States, as Branch Manager and Manager of the Product Support division. He also owned and operated his own custom application business and farmed with one of his larger customers.
Jason obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University and he holds the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation as a member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
