401(k) Plan
The Company matches fifty percent (50%) of the first six (6%) of the employee’s contribution to the 401(k) savings plan.

Health Care Coverage
Comprehensive medical and prescription coverage. Two health plan options are offered for which the company pays approximately 75% of the costs and employees to pay approximately 25%.

Short-Term Disability
Fully funded short-term disability benefits may continue up to 13 weeks per calendar year.

Paid Time Off
Employees receive eight national paid holidays, and one personal holiday annually. All full-time employees receive eight hours of paid time to use volunteering in their community. Additionally, employees earn one week of sick leave and two weeks of vacation per year. Upon five years of service, employees begin earning three weeks of vacation per year.
