In addition to managing our own land portfolio, Ritter manages land for client landowners including institutions, trusts, family offices and individuals. We focus on serving each client as a unique individual, meeting their specific needs and helping them achieve their specific goals for their land assets.

Our experienced land management team can handle all aspects of the land management process for farmland. We provide turn-key asset management and customized property management, consultation and development services. We also provide feasibility analysis, design and construction management of land development and revenue/value-enhancing capital improvement and maintenance projects. In addition, we have extensive experience in commercial land development.

Ritter land managers hold the Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). With an investment in Ritter’s land management services, clients can rest easy, knowing that their land is being managed in a professional and environmentally responsible manner.

In addition, Ritter provides custom real estate brokerage services, specializing in farmland throughout the Delta/Mid-South region.

At Ritter, our clients are the reason we pursue excellence and take a partnership approach to land management. Farming the right way means emphasizing both yields and sustainability, and focusing both on conservation and financial consistency.

It’s not just that we feel a responsibility to conserve natural resources. We also understand the difference conservation can make in helping farms maintain their value over the long term. Our goal is to help you maximize yields and profitability while minimizing the environmental impact on the land. That can mean going the extra mile by using soil and water conservation measures such as reduced tillage, cover crops, computerized irrigation models, flow meters and efficient sprinkler nozzles, to name a few.

Ritter Agribusiness is uniquely qualified with a long history and a solid track record of performance and success in the agriculture industry. We are moving forward into the future with a time-tested, proven methodology coupled with new technology to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Fresh ideas, innovation and doing things right are some of the reasons we’ve been around so long. And being established for so many years has enabled us to become grounded in the agricultural community. For well over a century, we have been helping farmers, landowners and business owners in the Delta/Mid-South region boost productivity and profitability. Our clients are the reason we strive for excellence, and we take a partnership approach with each one of them to help them reach their specific goals.
